There are so many reasons why a 1-2-1 session might be best suited to your needs. Perhaps you have something specific you are working with, or maybe you just really want to learn how to do crow pose? Perhaps your yoga class has to fit perfectly into your schedule, or you just feel more comfortable in the privacy of your own home? Or maybe you are just looking for something tailored specifically to you, and exactly how you are doing that day?
I teach both regular 1-2-1 sessions and one-off sessions, both online and in person. I've had students I've worked with for many years multiple times a week, and just a few sessions working towards specific goals.
