I host online live classes, which can be booked via Momoyoga, or directly through me via email

Online Live Classes

A nourishing, awakening vinyasa practice to get the day started. Expect a little bit of meditation and breathwork, and lots of connecting and moving with your body with lots of variations and options. Usually a 45 minute practice, all welcome. 

If you would like to join a class, you can book via Momoyoga or direct with me via email (which saves you a booking fee!)
